Gymnastics

Gymnastics is a fantastic activity for children of all ages to develop greater range of motion, coordination, flexibility and strength. Many of our young beginners start with gymnastics to get them moving and active, as well as to begin to introduce them to the discipline that comes with professional training. Our experienced instructors make it fun, exciting, and active!

As the competitive ballroom dancing becomes increasingly competitive, it is necessary for the students who want to be on a high competitive level to be not just technical dancers, but also have full command of their body through coordinated, muscular, and strong movements. Gymnastics is a sure way of achieving this for the dancer.

Flexibility

Flexibility is an essential skill for a competitive ballroom dancer. We offer group classes and private lessons with Irina Filinovich to help our competitors achieve their greatest level of flexibility. Irina is an experienced and knowledgeable gymnastics coach. She has trained many of our dancers as well as competitive gymnasts in the past few decades. She has a Master of Sport from Belarus in Gymnastics, as well as a Physical Therapist Assistant License! 

Strength

Strength is another important aspect of a successful competitive dancing career. “Only the strong survive.” is a true statement, and we have made it our mission to make sure that our students are the strong ones! Our students work on developing their strength in addition to flexibility and coordination, which ensures competitive success. If you are interested in becoming stronger, healthier, and more fit, you have come to the right place! Our personal trainer Paul Zurochka has over 15 years in training martial arts and over 10,000 hours in coaching experience, so he is fully capable of leading your child!
